VOLUNTEER FOR THE 2019 PRO BOWL!

The National Football League will feature its brightest stars of today and tomorrow with 2019 Pro Bowl week festivities leading up to the 2019 Pro Bowl Game at Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Sunday, January 27th, 2019.

Orlando will be packed with sports fans from across the country, as our city welcomes a national television audience. In addition to the 2019 Pro Bowl Game, fans can visit the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex at Walt Disney World for fun and interactive activities. Pro Bowl Experience is open from 10AM to 6PM Wednesday, January 23rd through Thursday, January 24th and 10AM to 8PM Friday, January 25 through Saturday, January 26 to the general public. The Pro Bowl Experience will open on Tuesday from noon to 6PM for a private viewing. 

Whether a veteran volunteer who takes pride in Orlando and exceeds all expectations just like the city itself, or a new volunteer with new ideas and energy, we are searching for those who will make our fans remember their unique experience in Orlando.

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER DETAILS:

1.  REQUIREMENTS:  All volunteers are required to register for a minimum of two (2) volunteer shifts but are encouraged to sign up for more! Individual shifts will last approximately 5 hours. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  Please note that all volunteer positions will be outdoors, standing or walking for long periods of time, actively engaging with guests and will include the use of a tablet to interact with the guests at each area. 

2.  AVAILABILITY:  From January 23 through January 27 there are multiple shifts available for all accepted volunteers. Volunteer positions available in Pro Bowl Experience include: Brand Ambassadors for Fan Mobile Pass, Managing games while interacting with fans of all ages at Pro Bowl Experience, Guest Services and much, much more!  Volunteers will be placed into a role upon check-in for each shift. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. 

3.  TRAINING:  All registered volunteers will receive information specific to the event, their positions, and other important instructions upon arrival for their selected shift. More detailed information will be shared soon.

4.  UNIFORM:  Volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt and jacket. The official volunteer uniform shirt and jacket should be worn to all shifts with clean and well-maintained khakis or black long pants and comfortable shoes – sneakers are encouraged! And weather permitting, shorts are okay too.

6. DAY OF EVENT:  All volunteers will be required to arrive at the exact start time of their shift to register, receive their credential and their uniform. We will provide a hat, t-shirt and jacket to all volunteers. More information will be sent out as we get closer to the date.

7. FAN MOBILE PASS:  All volunteers should register for Fan Mobile Pass by visiting nfl.com/FanMobilePass.  Fan Mobile Pass (FMP) will be open for registration in January.  Registering for Fan Mobile Pass will enable our fans to win tickets to the 2019 Pro Bowl, but also receive exclusive access to all the action at Pro Bowl Experience.
